Marc enjoys practicing what he calls happy law, focusing his practice primarily on business planning and transaction law, as well as estate planning and administration. This has been a welcome change after spending the majority of his legal career as a general practitioner focused on criminal defense and other litigious matters. Marc enjoys interacting with and getting to know his clients on a personal level. His commitment to each client drives his sense of responsibility to provide the best representation he can to all clients when assisting them with their estate or business planning needs. Many of his clients have told him that he is not your typical lawyer and he takes that as a compliment. Marc’s goal is to make his client’s legal experience as pleasant as possible, while seeking to avoid any unnecessary conflict, unpleasantness, and drama.
